  • If your service has been disconnected for non- payment you will still need to contact the office to ensure any additional fees have been paid and to set up an appointment to have water service restored.
  • Please note if your service has been disconnected due to non-payment and it is after 8:30 P.M you will have to wait until the next business day to have your service restored.
  • Any service that has been disconnected for non-payment the homeowner/renter must be present at the residence or sign a release of liability, along with paying any and all fees prior to having service restored.
  • A $1.50 convenience fee will be added to all transactions.
