Notice of Public Hearing
The County Water District of Billings Heights will hold a Public Hearing meeting on Thursday, June 29th, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the District office located at 1540 Popelka Drive in Billings, Montana. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on the adoption of adjustments to the District’s water rate schedule including, but not limited to, the Monthly Base Rate, Tiered Conservation Rate, Annexation Buy-In Fees, System Development Costs, and Special Water Fees and Charges. The proposed changes would become effective on August 1, 2023.
Copies of the proposed changes can be obtained at the office and are also posted on the District’s website at: https://www.heightswaterdistrict.com/administration/page/cwdbh-cip-rate…. A copy of the current rates is also available at the link above to view and can be used for comparison of the proposed rate changes. Written comments may be sent to the board email at cwdbhboard [at] gmail.com () or mailed to the district office. Deadline for written comments is by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 26th, 2023.
