The County Water District of Billings Heights is committed to providing the highest water quality and service standards possible.We also offer a convenient drive through window for payments and a drop box for payments or forms after hours. If you should encounter an emergency situation or see a suspected water leak please call the office immediately. The District has personnel on call at all times to respond to emergencies. Any non- emergency call out is subject to overtime fees. If it is after hours or on a weekend and you are unsure about being charged for a call out please call the office and you can speak to a serviceman and they can assist you in determining if rates will apply.
- Please note if your service has been disconnected due to non-payment and it is after 8:30 P.M you will have to wait until the next business day to have your service restored.
- Any service that has been disconnected for non-payment the homeowner/renter must be present at the residence or sign a release of liability, along with paying any and all fees prior to having service restored.
